What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tags. Together they let a site remember choices and, where permitted, measure how the site is used.

Why we use them

We use a small number of strictly necessary technologies to keep the site working securely and to remember your privacy choices. With your consent, we may also use analytics to understand which pages help recruitment agency owners and where the site can be improved.

The three categories

• Strictly necessary (always active). Essential operation, security and storing your consent selection. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics (off by default). Loaded only after positive consent. We use Microsoft Clarity (project ybm4bimlwg) to understand how the site is used: page visits, referral sources, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser details, clicks, scrolling, navigation behaviour, session duration, heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings. Clarity is provided by Microsoft; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Nothing is loaded and no Clarity cookies are set until you consent; if you withdraw consent we send Clarity a denied consent signal and delete the Clarity cookies we can access.
  
  We also use Google Analytics 4 (property G-HTYY9WDEP7) to measure aggregate website traffic: pages and routes viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device, browser and language, session duration and standard Enhanced Measurement interactions such as scrolls, outbound link clicks and file downloads. We run Google Consent Mode v2: before any consent, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are all set to denied and the Google tag is not loaded at all, so no Google Analytics cookies are written and no measurement requests are sent. Granting Analytics consent updates only analytics_storage to granted; the three advertising signals stay denied permanently because we do not use Google Ads, Google Signals or remarketing. IP addresses are anonymised and we never send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form contents or Calendly booking details to Google. See the Google Privacy & Terms. If you withdraw Analytics consent, collection stops immediately and the first-party _ga and _ga_HTYY9WDEP7 cookies are deleted from your browser.
• Marketing (off by default). No marketing cookies are currently in use. This category is reserved for future tools such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag or Meta Pixel.

Your choices

On your first visit you can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or manage each optional category individually. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional loads before you consent. Your choice is stored for six months; after that, or if this policy's consent version changes, we will ask again.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings link, also available in the footer of every page.

Cookies and trackers

Our hosting platform also records basic page-hit and session information for delivery and security purposes. This is injected by the platform rather than by our website code.

Session recording safeguards

Microsoft Clarity runs with strict masking: every input, text area, select and form on this website is marked as masked, so typed content is replaced with placeholder characters before it leaves your browser. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, free-text messages, passwords and payment or bank details are never recorded. Embedded third-party content such as the Calendly booking iframe is not captured. We do not build personal visitor profiles from anonymous browsing behaviour, and advertising storage is always signalled as denied to Microsoft.
