Terms & Conditions
These terms describe how Orbit Engine works with clients. Specific engagements are governed by a signed statement of work between Orbit Engine and the client, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Scope of services
Orbit Engine provides outbound lead generation services including research, campaign build, execution, qualification and meeting booking, as described in the signed statement of work.
Fees
Fees are £699 per month plus commission on closed business, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance.
Confidentiality
We treat information shared during onboarding and delivery as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.
No guarantee of outcomes
We commit to a transparent process and continuous optimisation. We do not guarantee specific numbers of meetings, opportunities or closed deals.
Termination
Either party can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed in the statement of work.
